HIIT2fit Virgins

For first timers, we recommend buying the introductory offer. This gives you the chance to try out both Lean & Mean classes and really get off to a flying start with HIIT2fit.

Arrival

For your first visit to the studio please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of your class. If you are running late, please call the recpetion to hold your spot for you or your spot will be released 5 minutes before the class starts. Our reception staff will know it’s your first time – they will check you in, help set up your heart rate monitor and bike (for Lean only), and show you around.

If you would like a tour and personal bike set up in advance of your first class visit, please contact the studio and they will arrange a convenient time for you to come in.

Booking

We publish our class timetable at least a week ahead. This allows you to plan your workouts a week at a time. Of course you can reserve your spot in the class at any time during the week, up to 2 hours before a class starts.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you can opt to join the waitlist (you will need a credit in your account to hold the place). As spots become available they will be automatically allocated to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis.

Waitlist entries will automatically be allocated when a spot becomes available, up until 2 hours before the class start time – please ensure that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you don’t think you’ll be able to make it to a class on time. If you are allocated a spot through the waitlist you will be notified by email.

Walk-Ins

Spots sometimes become available last minute. These spots are available 5 minutes before the start time of class and are allocated on a first come first served basis. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before class and are ready to HIIT!

Cancellation

HIIT2fit has a 6-hour cancellation policy. Your credits will be fully refunded as long as you cancel your booking 6 hours or more before the start time of your class.

Heart Rate Monitors and Cycling Shoes

Heart rate monitors are worn by everyone in our Lean & Mean classes. Cycling shoes are used Lean participants only. We provide heart rate monitors and cycling shoes free of charge (cleaned after every use!). Alternatively, you can purchase a heart rate monitor or pair of cycling shoes for your own use from our reception.

The heart rate monitor helps track your personal exertion level for every session. This will allow the instructors to gauge and help you achieve your desired fitness goals. You will also receive a free workout summary after every class to keep track of the progress you have made over time.

The cycling shoes increase the connection between the leg and the bike, engaging the hamstrings and glute muscles resulting in lean, toned legs (and no big thighs!). It also enables the rider to safely spend more time out of the saddle, which increases the engagement of core muscles, raises the heart rate and burns more calories – an all round winning combination!

Lockers & Towels

Complimentary lockers are provided to store your belongings. A complimentary workout towel will also be waiting for you in the studio. If you decide to shower after your workout, just grab one of the bath towels on the rack beside the shower room. Return all used towels to the bins provided in the studio. 

Amenities

Our changing rooms and showers are stocked with luxurious bath and body products. Hairdryers also available for you to get ready for the office or out for the night looking sleek and smelling gorgeous!
