THE IDEA

HIIT2fit is founded by two national athletes who have always strived to mix high-performance training with a fun and engaging environment. Fitness is our lifestyle and now we want to provide a fitness experience like no other by combining the latest in Music, Lifestyle and Fitness Technology. We are revolutionising the fitness industry.

Our signature high energy Lean (indoor cycling) and Mean (HIIT circuit training) classes combines the benefits of high performance training and live heart rate tracking into a truly fun group-based workout suitable for all fitness levels. This modern hybrid fitness studio is for people to efficiently achieve maximum results, while connecting with others and most importantly… HAVE FUN!

Lean - Hiit2fit

LEAN

Lean is an innovative high energy 45-minute indoor cycling session set against inspirational lighting effects and specially curated music mixed live weekly by our in-house DJs. Each Lean workout is designed to take it a step further by tracking your heart rate and bike’s metrics. Utilising technology to display how hard you are pushing and how much you’ve improved since your last ride. Transforming the way you look and feel. 

Immerse yourself in Lean by strapping on our complimentary cleated cycling shoes; increasing the connection between the leg and the bike. Every participant will be given a personalised bike setup to ensure your hamstrings and glutes are fully engaged for lean, toned legs – and no big thighs!

MEAN

Mean delivers 45-minutes of physical and mental intensity for all levels of fitness. Bringing fitness and science together, Mean is made up of four components: treadmill intervals, water rowing, strength/resistance training and heart rate tracking. No two workouts are the same. Resculpt your body when the lights go down, the music turns up and unleash your inner athlete.

Mean participants will be provided with a heart-rate monitor to track your interval training session. Innovative interval programs will make you achieve 10-20 minutes of training at Zone 4/5 of your maximum heart rate resulting in the benefits of the “afterburn” effect a.k.a. increased metabolic rate as you continue your day. Burn up to 1,000 calories from a single Mean session. Go ahead… have your cake and eat it too!
