THE IDEA

HIIT2fit is founded by two national athletes who have always strived to mix high-performance training in a fun & engaging environment. Fitness is our lifestyle and now we want to provide a fitness experience like no other by combining the latest in Music, Lifestyle and Fitness Technology. Our aim is to make high quality High Intensity Interval Training (“HIIT”) workouts accessible to anyone!

HIIT2fit is Malaysia’s FIRST Live Heart Rate Tracking Fitness Studio. 

IMG_4938HIIT2fit’s heart rate monitored workouts are designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism, increases energy, burn fat & build lean muscle mass. Our members burn an estimated 400 to 800 calories in our 45 minute HIIT classes. And keep burning calories for up to 36 hours; we call it “Afterburn”.

With the heart rate monitor, our group workouts are suitable for ALL fitness levels as you would be performing the exercise to your own fitness level. It is also the only way to truly know if you are achieving the “sweet-spot” intensity in your workout to ensure that your time & commitment does not go to waste.

Lean - Hiit2fit

LEAN

Lean is an innovative high energy 45-minute indoor cycling session set against inspirational lighting effects and specially curated music. Each Lean workout is designed to take it a step further by tracking your heart rate and bike’s metrics. Utilising technology to display how hard you are pushing and how much you’ve improved since your last ride. Transforming the way you look and feel. 

Immerse yourself in Lean by strapping on our complimentary cleated cycling shoes; increasing the connection between the leg and the bike. Every participant will be given a personalised bike setup to ensure your hamstrings and glutes are fully engaged for lean, toned legs – and no big thighs!

MEAN

Mean delivers 45-minutes of physical and mental intensity for all levels of fitness. Bringing fitness and science together, Mean is made up of four components: treadmill intervals, water rowing, strength/resistance training and heart rate tracking. No two workouts are the same. Resculpt your body when the lights go down, the music turns up and unleash your inner athlete.

Mean participants will be provided with a heart-rate monitor to track your interval training session. Innovative interval programs will make you achieve 10-20 minutes of training at Zone 4/5 of your maximum heart rate resulting in the benefits of the “afterburn” effect a.k.a. increased metabolic rate as you continue your day. Burn up to 1,000 calories from a single Mean session. 

Our HIIT workouts aren’t just about losing weight. Let your instructor know your fitness goals and we’ll be happy to accommodate a full/partial reduction of a cardio round so you can double down on the weights and work on your swole!
