Mean delivers 45-minutes of physical and mental intensity for all levels of fitness. Bringing fitness and science together, Mean is made up of four components: treadmill intervals, water rowing, strength/resistance training and heart rate tracking. No two workouts are the same. Resculpt your body when the lights go down, the music turns up and let your Mean experience begin.
Mean participants will be provided with a heart-rate monitor to track your interval training session. Innovative interval programs will make you achieve 10-20 minutes of training at Zone 4/5 of your maximum heart rate resulting in the benefits of the “afterburn” effect a.k.a. increased metabolic rate as you continue your day. Burn up to 1,000 calories from a single Mean session. Go ahead… have your cake and eat it too!
